As per art.13 d.lgs. 196/2003 (of the T.U.) and in relation to the personal details that L’Architrave Immobiliare unipersonale s.r.l will possess for the sole purpose of carrying out the appointment received, we inform you of the following: 1.Purpose of the handling of your personal details: The sole purpose of handling your data is to carry out, completely and correctly, the professional appointment received and to correctly execute requisite documents. 2.Method of handling your personal details: a)The handling of your personal details will be carried out in accordance to the operations suggested in art. 4 comma 1 lett.a) of the T.U. for the gathering, registering, organisation, conservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, confrontation, utilisation, inter-connection, block, communication, cancellation and destruction of the personal details. b)This may be carried out with or without the use of electronic devices or automated systems. c)The handling will be carried out by the Company Director and/or his authorised delegates. 3.Conferment of the details: The conferment of your personal, common, sensitive and judicial details are strictly necessary for the purpose of carrying out the activities in point 1. In the case of sensitive and judicial personal details they will be used abiding to the rules listed in art. 19 of the attachment “ B “ of the T.U. 4.Refusal of conferment of the personal details: The refusal by the interested party to confer the personal details as per point 3 will result in it not being possible to fulfil the activities of point 1. 5.Communication of the personal details: The personal details may be seen by those assigned to work in the sector and may be communicated, for the purposes of point 1, to public and/or private subjects for which the communication is necessary for the correct fulfilment of point 1 and for the professional instruction in outsourcing. 6. Distribution of the personal details: The personal details are not subject to distribution. 7. Transferring of the personal details abroad: The personal details may be transferred to European Union Countries and others in compliance to the purposes of point 1. 8. Rights of the interested party: The art. 7 of the T.U. confers to the interested party specific rights, among which the right to obtain from the Company Director confirmation of the existence or not of his personal details and to view them in an intelligible form; the interested party also has the right to know the origin of the personal details, of the purpose and method of their handling, of the applied logic to the handling and of the subjects to whom the personal details may be communicated; the interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, the ratification and the integration of the personal details, the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the details handled which do not conform to the law; the interested party has the right to oppose, for legitimate purposes, the handling of his personal details. 9.
